Designed and delivered an AI-enabled finance reporting and forecasting proof of concept for a Fortune 20 enterprise, transforming a manual, Excel-driven consolidation and reporting process into a real-time finance intelligence platform. The solution integrates directly with enterprise data sources to power interactive KPI dashboards, financial bridges, and detailed P&L views by line of business, alongside a conversational AI assistant that explains financial drivers, answers executive follow-up questions, and recommends actions. By eliminating weeks of data preparation, variance analysis, and PowerPoint creation, the platform enables finance teams and executives to analyze performance and make decisions in real time.
